Physical Appearance:

Description: Despite being partly sand cat, Thunder doesn't have much resemblance except for her pointy ears. She has long dark gray fur. Her undercoat is a light smokey color while the overcoat is a nearly black kind of gray. She has electrifying blue eyes that stand out against her pelt, being the only splash of color on her. This gives her eyes an even more glowing effect. Her nose is black and her paws are the same color as her overcoat. She has longer legs than most, but her long fur makes it nearly impossible to notice until she's running.

 Scars: None

 Size: Slightly bigger than other cats, but that comes from the Maine Coon in her. I comparison to other Maine Coon's she's average.

 Build: Slender with long legs for agility despite having poofy fur.

 Fur Type: Extremely fluffy and silky; almost feathery. Long hair that curls in a few places.

Personality: 

Oblivious- Thunder can't take a hint if it slapped her in the face. You must be straight forward with her or she won't understand what you mean. Sometimes she even gets confused by these things but it, in no way, makes her unintelligent. She sometimes even reads too much into hints and her jumbled ideas make her very confused. It takes her a few moments to understand some jokes told and she has to think about them before she understands. She is slightly embarrassed when this happens, but easily moves past it.

 

Entertaining- She loves doing stupid things just for laughs, sometimes they don't go over too well though. She loves to have fun, even in dire situations. Just watching her is entertaining since she can easily find something to amuse herself. She'll often get caught in kit games and even whines like a kit when it's time for the kits to go nap. She fumbles for things and every time, will laugh at her own clumsiness. 

 

Scary- She can be quite scary if you get on her nerves. She's very short tempered and has a sharp tongue which she will use against you. She may even goes as far giving a warning smack if you're really getting on her bad side. She is somewhat childish when dealing with 'annoying flies' as she calls the cats who annoy her most. She is not afraid to show her scary side, but usually doesn't. Her patience almost never wears so thin that she'd start a scene.

 

Forgiving- She's very forgiving by nature and will immediately forgive you if you apologize. She may even forgive if you don'tapologize, but she still wants to hear it. Of course, she apologizes as well when she realizes she's done something wrong. She sometimes even apologizes for things she has no control over. She forgives crimes against not only herself, but her tribe as well. Though she may not trust you as much as she did before, she's still forgiven you and expects you to work for her trust again. Her trust is not easily won over though, so it's best not to do anything too drastic that she'd stop trusting you.

 

Arrogant- She loves to boast about her speed and strength. She shows off how high and far she can jump whenever she can. This often annoys others but she couldn't care less. She loves her abilities and will let everyone know it. This side of her is considered a bit contradictory to the rest of her personality. She will defend to the ends of the earth that it's not arrogance, just high self-esteem and confidence.

 

Moody- Her moods can often be unpredictable. One moment she can be happy then she'll be lost in thought the next. Usually when lost in thought she has a distressed look on her face which leads to all sorts of problems when others ask what is wrong. Her moods do not change without reason though. Her mood may seem sudden to others, but if they knew what her thoughts were then they'd realize that she isn't as moody as they thought.

 

Over-thinking- Thunder often over-thinks simple things that others can get instantly. But this also helps her with tougher things that others can't understand. Sometimes her over-thinking can lead to her being a bit snippy. Most of the time when she over-thinks she'll get severe headaches that she has to see the healer for. These headaches may leave her laying around for the rest of the day. Though she may try to move about before her headache is gone leading to more severe pain.

 

Messy- She's always been messy throughout her life, leaving a mess everywhere she goes. Most of the time she just leaves tracks of paint when she forgets to wash off after drawing on walls. She says it makes her easier to find! She'll usually paint on walls with the kits and forget to clean everything up. She'll even go to sleep with paint clogging her fur at night and then at morning she'll grumble about having to clean the stains from her fur.

Bio:

Brief History:

Her father, Sun that Sears the Sky (Sear), was a hard-working trooper that had always dreamed of being Warden one day. Her mother, Petal that Dances on the Wind (Petal), was a somewhat awkward hunter who wasn't at all good at her job. They had grown up together and Sear had always made fun of Petal, always stating that he was so much better than her at everything. One day, while hunting, Petal was attacked by a fox and Sear rescued her. As he started to make fun of her, she stood up to him and told him off. After that he grew to respect her and they became good friends and eventually mates. They had a litter of one, which was Thunder. Soon after they began fighting again and Sear left Petal, leaving Thunder the only kit they ever had together. Even though her father never visited her once, she still loved both of them and hoped they would come back to each other. She never let her broken family ever bother her.

 

She started training as a trooper and was mentored by her father's brother, Cry of Falling Eagle (Eagle). After becoming a full trooper, she was injured badly in a border skirmish and eventually grew to hate bloodshed so much that she no longer wished to be a trooper. She went back into training as a hunter after a couple of moons of considering.

 

While training to be a hunter she came across a downed owl in the middle of a blizzard in the northern part of Lost Sky territory. She decided to take care of the owl and named it after the blizzard she found it in. It was around this time that she dreamed of being Warden one day and she began her daily training sessions to help attain that status.

 

Soon after she became a full hunter, her parents made up, with a little urging from Eagle. Her parents realized why they had become mates again and fell in love all over again. Soon after their family was restored, both her parents died of an unknown disease. Thunder was crushed that her family had just gotten together again only to be destroyed again. For a whole moon, she moped around in heart break until her uncle talked some sense into her. She began her work again with new energy, making up for all the times she hadn't been there for the tribe. 

 

On a hunt one day,  she accidentally crossed the border of another tribe. She was on her way back over when she overheard a few trainees talking about an invasion into her tribe. She ran back to the tribe as fast as she could to warn them. When the invasion came her uncle was killed as was the aide, but they were able to drive them off. That day she lost her uncle, and best friend, but had gained her dream. She always thought of it as a sad price to pay for her dream.

 

Hoot the Warden of Lost Skies has run off with Pika, the Healer of Lost Skies, leaving Thunder as the new Warden and without her dear friend Pika.

Of course, being the responsible Aide that I am, I scolded him for leaving camp by himself. And that led to an argument about his tiny self which somehow ended in a play-fight... Not really sure what to think of the little guy just yet though."

()- "I took him out of camp for a little walk along the Loud Echo border... That ended in disaster. He chased a butterfly over the border when I wasn't looking and we got into an argument with a cat from the tribe. I realized Gos has some scores to settle with a hawk which is a bit unsettling. I think he may hate me now though, since I sort of yelled at him for crossing the border among other things..."

()- "I still dislike this guy, but I've grown to respect his skills after having fought with him twice. He seems rather proud of his tribe, not a bad thing, but I'm equally proud of mine."

 

(/) Stumble of Uncertain Rodent- "He was wandering around near the abandoned town. When I confronted him, he took off! He was attacked by rats, but I protected him and decided to give him a little tour of sorts. He's quite the adventurous kit."

()- "So our little tour took us to the Isle to visit a few turtles that find it fun to bite my tail. It sure was fun to play with the turtles. Of course, that fun immediately ended when a snake appeared. I remembered Sun that Streaks by was killed by one not far from where we were so we had to leave."

RP with *pink-pixie-dust's Toby and Thunder

 

Toby- The bright sun beamed down on Toby's dark back. His green eyes narrowed, a sudden sharpness in his stomach. Letting out a sigh, he trotted, stopping to fix his hair. He couldn't been seen with bad hair in this tribe full of beautiful she-cats that he didn't know too well. He was new here and even though he was a social butterfly, half of the tribe didn't like him because he was new... And arrogant.Coming to the pile of prey, he grabbed a nice sand mouse. Not paying any attention, he turned and crashed into a smaller cat. His mouse went fly and he scoffed at the cat. "excuse you"Turning around, he saw a she-cat. Not just any she-cat though. He felt his heart skip slightly. He had just disrespected an aide! "Oh, my apologies." He said. "If i knew i would be running into a beautiful she-cat, I would have said something different." He dipped his head, looking up with a slight smirk, raising an eyebrow for her reply as he swept his mouse up with his tail.

 

Thunder- Thunder, having just been released from the healer's den from a head injury from a training mishap, felt slightly dazzled by the harshness of the sun's light. She felt a little pang in her side and knew she should probably eat, but she hadn't been contributing for the past few days. 

She was so focused debating whether or not to eat that she hadn't realized her paws had already brought her to the pile of prey. Nor had she realized that the new cat was standing there.

She soon found herself winded on the ground with a rude remark added along with it. She glared at him for a moment before his apology came. She softened a little bit as she stood up. "That was a little rude. Try to be a bit nicer," she meowed, offering a slight smile to show she wasn't upset.

 

He failed to help her up and awkwardly glanced at her. "I'm so sorry." he said. "I don't think I've ever fully introduced myself to you, Thunder. As you uh, probably know I'm Toby." He said, "And might I add you have beautiful eyes." he said, with a flick of his tail and a wink. 

'Good job Toby, nice save' he thought 

 

"Yup I know you! You certainly have an interesting name," she smiled, blinking when she realized his compliment. "Aw, you're so funny Toby!" she laughed. She never really thought about her eyes as beautiful before so she thought it was rather funny that he was pointing it out to her.

 

He laughed. "It's the name my mother gave me. When I came here, I didn't want to change my name.." He looked deeply into her eyes, working his magic. "Some call me funny, some call me handsome." Smirking, "Those things are both true" He tilted his head, his eyes sparkling with amusement. He was quiet an arrogant gentleman. He threw his mouse onto the pile. "How about this. Me and you go catch something that's fresh and still warm" He said. Sunset was nearing, and clouds were far off in the sky, yet they were scare and non threatening.

 

Thunder watched the sky for a moment. She didn't mind hunting at night. "On one condition, you carry the prey we catch," she smirked, eyes glowing ominously. She enjoyed night hunting. It was much more of a challenge.
